Exit Realty King & Associates Gives Away $10,000!

Spring Hill, TN 5/10/2010 — Exit Realty King & Associates located right off Main Street in Spring Hill, TN gave away $10,000 to one lucky winner on Friday night.  Shane Powell, with Crye-Leike Realtors out of Franklin was that lucky winner.  He beat out 25 other qualifying agents at a chance to walk away with the $10,000.   This was part of an incentive program designed to help sell homes listed with Exit Realty King & Associates.  “Our office began this contest as a way to incentivize other agents to show and sell our listed properties” states Tawny King, owner and principal broker of Exit Realty King & Associates.  It has worked too.  According to King, homes that were listed in this “Exit $10-G Strategy Listing Contest” have been selling on average 31% faster than other properties they have listed.

The program gives the seller the chance to include this “$10-G” incentive when they are deciding to sell their home.  “When you have nearly 100 listings on the market in a given price range for buyers to choose from, you have to make yours stand out somehow.  This is just one way that we help our sellers do that.” King continues, “Our $10-G contest offers a chance at an extra $10,000 to any agent if they show and sell one of our qualifying homes.  We want to make sure our homes are included in the first set of homes that an agent shows a potential buyer. If your home is not being shown it cannot be sold.”

King also adds, “The real estate agent does not control what home a potential buyer might buy, but they do in a way control what the buyer sees.  We do not suggest that any agent not show other homes but if there are 100 for sale in a buyers’ particular price range, most buyers only view 25% of these prior to making an offer on one.  We want to try every way possible to assure our sellers that they will be in that 25%.”
